Balenciaga vintage pendant in coiled gold-tone metal heart & teardrop

This eye-catching, vintage pendant in made from gold-tone metal which coils into a heart shape, with a hanging teardrop shape beneath it.

It is attached to two contrasting strands of black leather, making this piece unique and a complement to a range of looks.

Very good condition (8/10). The gold colour is wearing off in patches, which can be seen from the photos. No protection bag and no box.
